GOALS & OBJECTIVES “How do we measure human performance?" It has been a curiosity over decades if not century’s to find ways to evaluate how humans reach optimum and peak performances in Life! One might say that the theories of specificity have isolated performance and have sometimes neglected the holistic approach to goal setting and have only touched the surface of ultimate human performance. I have developed a Leadership of Life coaching process-Dimensionalysis (c) Which includes concepts that have been developed since the early 80"s. The process includes the Dimensional Hierarchy; 9 Dimensions of Life, & the DH Personal Assessment & DH Inventory to identify lifestyle priorities creating a tailor made plan for personal development through online Zoom coaching sessions. The process revolves around the ability of the individual & coach to find Balance (More appropriately “Equilibrium” in Life and to set realistic action plans designed to accomplish peak performances in life & business.
